Terms & Conditions

These terms are here to keep bookings, payments, courses, and client expectations clear. They should be read before booking a service or enrolling on a training course.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings and course places.

Balances

Final balances must be paid by the agreed deadline before the appointment, event, or course date.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds depend on notice period and exclude non-refundable deposits.

Client Care

Please share allergies, sensitivities, medical needs, and accurate event details before your appointment.

Client Terms

Hair & Makeup Services

These terms apply to bridal, occasion, media, business, party, prom, wedding party, and other hair and makeup service bookings.

Bookings

All appointments and event bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only once the required booking information and non-refundable deposit have been received.

Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from the final balance. Bridal balances must be paid no later than 14 business days before the event. Private booking balances must be paid no later than 1 business day before the appointment.

Changes

Changes to booking details must be requested in writing and are subject to availability. We will always try to help where possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once a deposit has been paid.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing by email and should include your full name, booking date, appointment time, and reason for cancellation. If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, any refund due will exclude the non-refundable deposit. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, no refund will be issued.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about the occasion, timings, requirements, allergies, sensitivities, and medical conditions. Please do not attend an appointment with contagious skin or hair conditions such as ringworm, conjunctivitis, lice, or active cold sores.

Timing

Please arrive on time and ensure access is available where services are taking place. Delays may reduce service time, incur additional fees, or mean the service cannot be completed.

Travel And Accommodation

Travel costs may apply for services outside our usual location. For events requiring overnight stays, suitable accommodation must be arranged and covered by the client.

Photography And Marketing

We may photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you tell us in writing that you do not consent.

Complaints

Any complaint must be made in writing within 7 days of the event or appointment. We will aim to respond and resolve matters fairly and promptly.

Liability

NaniKōkī is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Enrolment

Course places are subject to availability and acceptance by NaniKōkī. A place is secured only when the required enrolment information and deposit have been received.

Course Fees

The 5 day accredited course fee is GBP 2295.00. Payment plan options may be available by agreement. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place, with the remaining balance due no later than 14 business days before the course start date.

Course Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing by email. If a participant cancels more than 30 days before the course start date, any refund due will exclude the non-refundable deposit. If a participant cancels within 30 days of the course start date, no refund will be issued.

Provider Cancellations

If NaniKōkī needs to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date.

Attendance

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Missing sessions may affect eligibility for certification.

Models And Participation

Participants may be required to bring their own model for practical sessions. Models should arrive on time and be prepared for the duration of the session.

Health And Safety

Participants must follow all health and safety guidance and inform NaniKōkī of any allergies, medical conditions, or other health concerns before the course starts.

Certification

Certification is subject to full attendance and satisfactory completion of practical and theoretical course requirements.

Course Materials

Course materials, including manuals, videos, images, and teaching content, remain the intellectual property of NaniKōkī and must not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written consent.

Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. NaniKōkī may remove a participant for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without refund.

Governing Law

Training course terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.

By enrolling on a NaniKōkī training course, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to the training terms.
